Our research question is based on the 5 year variants, changes, and trends, and what we can say about the popularity in English between pizza hut and chipotle and their cultural context. We started off by searching for “Chipotle ” and “Pizza Hut” and finding that chipotle was more commonly searched for in different variants of years. At first it only provided the years 1990-2019, since pizza hut was founded in 1958 it did not record the data that had been given throughout those years. Chipotle was more commonly searched in 2005-2009 and was possibly relating to the chipotle pepper, and not the restaurant. Because of this, we decided to change our search from “Chipotle” to “Chipotle Mexican Grill”, and received much different data results.
